BULLDOG BULLETIN

BULLDOGBULLETINDecember 19, 2025

Dear Bulldog Families,

As we head into the holiday season, I would like to wish you a happy, healthy, and restful holiday. I am incredibly proud to partner with such a wonderfully supportive school community and am continually reminded how fortunate I am to work with our students each and every day. Their enthusiasm, creativity, and growth make our school a truly special place.

I would also like to give a special shout-out to our students who participated in the Elf Jr. performance. They wowed their audiences with their musical talents, confidence, and hard work, and it was a joy to see them shine on stage. A heartfelt thank-you goes to our parent volunteers who dedicated countless hours to support the success of the performance—this experience would not have been possible without your time and commitment.

I am also deeply appreciative of our staff members for their collaboration, dedication, and unwavering focus on student growth and success. Their teamwork and care ensure that our students are supported academically, socially, and emotionally each day.

I hope the upcoming break provides you with time to relax and enjoy meaningful moments with your families. I will be spending time with my husband and son, and we are especially excited to welcome another baby to our family this upcoming spring.

On behalf of the entire school, I wish you a joyful holiday season. We look forward to welcoming students back to school on Tuesday, January 6th!

Have a happy and healthy New Year!

Dr. Colleen Conway

Teachers Make A Difference Nominations- Now Being Accepted!

Annually, District 95 takes time to recognize its exceptional staff members. The Teachers Make a Difference Award is designed to recognize those teachers who have represented our mission and gone far beyond normal expectations in supporting or motivating a student or group of students. We hope each family will consider this opportunity to complete a nomination and share their own appreciation for our educators!

Click here to complete a nomination for the Teachers Make a Difference Awards

All nominations are due by midnight on January 9, 2026.

From the many nominations we anticipate receiving, a selection committee of district administrators will select three of our outstanding educators to be honored in front of their peers during our annual staff awards program. Winning teachers will also receive a monetary award toward the use of professional development or other educational resources to continue to support their exceptional work with students as well as to further their professional development.
