May Jaguar Journal
May 1, 2026
Message from Mrs. Morgan:
As we enter the final few weeks of the school year, we want to remind everyone that every day counts. Students are still learning, growing, and finishing strong, and your support in ensuring they are present, on time, and ready to learn each day makes a big difference.
We look forward to finishing the year strong together and celebrating all that our students have accomplished.
Walton County Relay For Life was a success! Our School team raised over $4000 to donate to the American Cancer Society. Thank you to all the staff, students, and families that came out to support Relay for Life!
May is an exciting month with many fun events and activities!

⭐ PBIS ⭐
At Sharon Elementary, we use PBIS – Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports – to help create a safe, respectful, and welcoming school environment where all students can learn and grow. PBIS is a school-wide approach that focuses on teaching and encouraging positive behaviors. Just like students learn math or reading, we believe behavior should be taught, practiced, and celebrated!
As Jaguars, we ROAR. We are Respectful, Organized, Accepting, and Responsible. Please review and remind your child that we want to ROAR every day in the cafeteria, hallways, playground, and in the classroom.
Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade will celebrate with:
