E3 Safety App
V2 UPDATE IS NOW AVAILABLE
We are very excited to announce the v2 update for E3 is now available! Please update as soon as possible. As we continue to roll out this update, some users might experience intermittent connectivity, please be patient during this time.
To ensure continued, smooth operation and access to E3, we kindly ask all users to update to v2 as soon as possible. Please note that v1 will no longer be supported following this update. Additionally, after updating, all users will need to log back into the app.
What do I need to do now?
- Update your mobile device to E3 version 2.0.0
- Open app store - iPhone | Android
- Search "E3 Safety" and select update
- Uninstall the old desktop app and reinstall the new desktop app
- Download the desktop app - Mac | Windows
- Your IT Dept. may need to authorize this new install
- Log back in
- Type in your email that is linked to your E3 account
- An email will be sent with code, enter the code and viola!

As we roll out this update, we ask for your understanding and support. Despite our round the clock testing efforts, there may still be unforeseen issues. We're committed to addressing any concerns promptly and appreciate your feedback and patience as we work through any challenges. Rest assured, we wanted to let you know that the update is as polished as possible before releasing it to you.
All alert history events from v1 can only be accessed by contacting our team. However, all alerts and drills sent in v2 can be accessed within the app as you are accustomed to.
Here's a brief overview of what you can expect from the upcoming update:
- Enhanced Performance: Significant improvements to the overall performance of the E3 app for a smoother user experience.
- Notification Fixes: Addressing and mitigating notification issues on both iOS and Android devices.
- Improved Login Flow: Simplifying the login process across all devices with the introduction of a code-based login system.
- Group Management (Admin only): Streamlining the process of inviting and removing users in groups with large memberships.
