NMSHS PANTHER POST

MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Mr. Sibley
Happy Friday, Panthers!
As I write this, the middle school students are enjoying their dance in the gym. It’s great to see so many smiling faces! Thanks to Allison Barrett and the 360 leaders for putting on such a fun event!
Friday, March 18th is this year’s all-school ELDORA Ski Day! Everyone is very excited to get this tradition up and running again! Students can choose to either ski at Eldora or swim at Gilpin Rec Center. Please see the ELDORA Ski Day flier under School News in this Panther Post for more information. Big thanks to Kelly Strong for organizing this fun day for our students!
Enjoy the Weekend!

Covid Testing at NMSHS
Testing at Nederland MSHS is very simple, only takes less than 5 minutes, and parents receive the results via text or email usually within 48 hours.
Testing is every other Wednesday at the school. You can find the schedule on the School Calendar. It only takes a few short minutes, but you do need to pre-register in advance. You only have to sign up your student one time and the registration is good for the rest of the year.
Here is the link to sign up: https://my.primary.health/l/bvsd
*When you reach the "Location" question, input the school "random in-school testing" since there is no option for Nederland. That way it will show up in the system and you will be all set.
**Students who tested positive after December 19, 2021 will not be included in regular testing for 90 days from their positive test.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our health room para, Jilene Norman jilene.norman@bvsd.org
