Didgeridoo Assembly

Aboriginal Australians are the Indigenous peoples of mainland Australia and Tasmania. We learned about the animals, music, and culture of these people at today's assembly. We were entertained while learning some great new vocabulary and how to play the didgeridoo!

Science Class with Mrs. Switzer

Students are learning how chemical weathering changes rocks over time through chemical reactions that break down or alter the minerals within them. They are exploring examples such as acid rain dissolving limestone. Looks like fun!

Seniors Leave Their Mark—One Parking Spot at a Time!

This past Sunday, seniors added a personal touch to campus by painting their own parking spots. Their designs brought color, creativity, and personality to the lot while celebrating their final year of high school. These spaces will offer a cheerful welcome as students arrive throughout the year!

Art, Remembrance, and Culture Come Alive

Some of Mrs. Fullmer’s Spanish classes visited the Rockwell Museum in Corning to explore traditions surrounding Día de los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead. Students enjoyed artwork and considered how artists honor family members, friends, and celebrities who have passed away. They also viewed an Oaxacan ofrenda—a traditional offering display—and discussed the significance of its elements.

On the way home, students rounded out their cultural experience with a Mexican meal at Casa Mezcal!
