Hall Happenings
September 2026
A Message from Mr. Kenny
We’ve had a great start to the school year, and I’m proud of the way our students have settled into their routines and represented Hall!
As we move into September and deeper into our first grading period, I want to emphasize two things that make a tremendous difference in student success: attendance and communication. Every day matters. When students are at school consistently, they stay connected to instruction, their teachers, and the learning taking place in their classrooms.
I also encourage families to stay connected with your child’s teachers throughout the grading period. Check grades regularly, talk with your student about what they are learning, and reach out to teachers when you have questions or notice a concern. Please don’t wait until the end of the grading period—we want to partner with you early so we can support students before small struggles become bigger ones.
Thank you for your continued partnership and for trusting us with your kids each day. We have a lot of great things ahead of us this year, and I’m excited about what our students will accomplish.

ParentSquare
Weatherford ISD and its campuses use ParentSquare to communicate with families through email, text, phone call and app messages!
With ParentSquare, families can choose what methods they want to receive communication through. By default, all families will receive digest – or recap – email and text messages at 6 p.m. daily, eliminating the clutter caused by dozens of messages.
All families are sent registration emails at the start of the school year, but parents/guardians can also register without this message. Families may visit www.parentsquare.com/signin to register with either the email or phone number they have on file with their child’s school.
🩹 From the Nurses' Clinic
Vaccines are free for all students and staff!
Hall Middle School will be hosting the annual Flu Vaccine Clinic provided by our wonderful partners at Parker County Hospital District! The clinic will be held in the HMS Library on Tuesday, September 22nd at 10:00am. This is optional for all students and staff; flu vaccines are not mandatory for school attendance.
Consents may be printed from the link below or picked up in the Nurses Clinic or the front office. Students may turn in completed consent forms to the clinic and we will make sure they are given to PCHD on the day of the vaccines. During the scheduled time, students will be called down to the library to receive their vaccine.
Only those who have a completed consent form will be able to receive the vaccine. Make sure to complete the appropriate consent form. Please call the clinic or message us for questions or concerns!
