OLOL STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE PARENT & COMMUNITY SURVEY
Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is currently undergoing our continued accreditation process through Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA) in partnership with the Diocese of Springfield. This process helps ensure that our school continues to meet high standards in academics, faith formation, and overall operations and leadership.
As part of this review, we ask that all parents and guardians complete this short survey by October 30th. Your feedback is essential as it provides insight into our school's perception and helps guide improvement. All responses remain anonymous.
Your perspective is an important part of the accreditation process, so we thank you for your participation as well as your trust in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School to continue to form your sons and daughters.

- masks, face coverings, and inflatable costumes are not permitted
- costumes should not impede with students using the restroom, playing in PE, or recess
- teachers are not responsible for assisting students with their costumes and students should already be in them upon arrival to school
