EZ A2B - New Bus App for 2025
Currently, the EZ A2B app is experiencing ongoing technical issues. In the meantime, bus numbers, times and locations are available in ParentVUE, including afternoon drop-off times. Any significant delays will be communicated to fmailies directly by the PWCS Transportation Department.
If your bus information appears incorrect in ParentVUE or you have concerns about your child’s bus route or stop, please use this form to submit your concerns.
Car Rider Numbers
Please fill out the Car Rider Form here and you can pick up your hang tag in the front office.
Please note: ALL families utilizing the car rider line will need a new car rider number this year, even if you had one in prior years. Old hang tags will not be accepted in car line.
Student Medication Drop-Off
If your student will need to receive medication during the school day, new Medication Administration Forms and/or Health Treatment Plans are required each school year. Forms may be obtained from your school or https://www.pwcs.edu/departments/student_services/student_health/index
Medications will need to be dropped off with our nurse in the front office. Please do not send any medications with your student.
Please contact our school nurse, Michelle Natoli, at natolim@pwcs.edu / 703-365-0963 with any questions.
PWCS Cell Phone-Free Education Policy
This year, Prince William County Public Schools took a bold and research-based step forward by adopting the new Cell Phone-Free Education Policy.
All schools have implemented a bell-to-bell policy that limits cell phone use during the instructional day. This decision, shaped by community input and a successful pilot across 33 schools, is rooted in a shared goal: creating classroom environments where students are full present - mentally, emotionally, and socially. The student-created slogan, "Stop the scroll, take control," reminds us that this policy is about empowerment, not restriction. It is about reclaiming focus, restoring meaningful human connection, and giving our students every opportunity to thrive.
For more information, we invite you to review the PWCS FAQ page. We are grateful for your engagement and look forward to continuing this important work together.
