A $500 scholarship awarded to a current jazz ensemble member in grade 8, 9, 10, or 11 who:

• participated in the Sun Prairie Jazz program for at least one full year, and
• participated in high school and/or community clubs & organizations, and
• plans to attend a jazz summer camp

A $1,000 scholarship awarded to a graduating high school senior who:

• is a current member of the Sun Prairie Band program, and
• participated in high school and/or community clubs & organizations, and
• plans to attend a four year university or college majoring in Music Education

• is a current member of the Sun Prairie Band program, and

Choosing course work that meet future college entrance requirements can, at times, be confusing and a little intimidating. This can leave families wondering just what will be best. We want to assure you that there is time and space to schedule course work that includes music and all college entrance requirements. The link below can help!

Sun Prairie East High School has two concert bands that have given exciting performances in Sun Prairie and concert halls such as the Chicago Symphony Center and Carnegie Hall. Whatever your level of interest, we have a band for you!

Participation in a Concert Band class makes students eligible to also participate in Jazz Ensembles, Epoch Sound Pep Band, Sound of Sun Prairie Summer Marching Band, and chamber ensembles
