Nichols Leadership Academy News #28
A Leader in Me School
Sunday Announcement!
Hello Navigators!.
This week our Student Lighthouse Leadership Team has created a Leadership Week. We will have Spirit Days each day.
Each day has a fun theme inspired by leadership qualities:
Monday (March 23): Leaders are not afraid to stand out
→ Wear mismatched clothes and celebrate what makes you unique!
Tuesday (March 24): Leaders learn from other leaders
→ Dress up as a leader who inspires you!
Wednesday (March 25): Leaders are creative thinkers
→ It’s Crazy Hair Day—get creative!
Thursday (March 26): Leaders begin with the end in mind
→ Dress as your future career and show your dreams!
Friday (March 27): Leaders take care of themselves and sharpen the saw
→ Stay cozy in your comfy pajamas!
We are looking to order new Leadership T-Shirts. The link will close on Wednesday. Please complete this form to let us know what you may need. We are hoping all students are able to wear a Nichols shirt on our April 22nd Leadership Day.

Meal Accommodations:
We are working to gather the Medical Meal Accommodation forms for the 2025–26 school year.
These forms must be submitted to our Nutrition Services Department each school year for any student who requires meal modifications. This applies to both new and returning students.
Per USDA requirements, medical statements must be updated annually, even if a student’s condition or accommodation has not changed. This ensures we have the most accurate documentation to support each student’s needs.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for submitting completed forms to both the district nurse and the Nutrition Services Department. Forms must be signed by a licensed medical provider to be considered valid.
Reach out with any questions or for any assistance.
