Dear Defender Families,

Spring Break is here — no school from March 23 through April 4! We hope this time provides an opportunity for rest, relaxation, and quality time with family and friends.

Please stay safe, Defenders! We look forward to welcoming everyone back refreshed and ready to tackle the final months of the school year.

Be sure to complete the Annual Family Update. Link and instructions are below.

From Scholar Squad: If you are planning to do some spring cleaning this break save the clothes that you are willing to donate. From April 6th through May 15th, Scholar Squad will be sponsoring a fundraiser where you can donate clothes, shoes, sweats, and more! The clothes that are donated will be sent to help families who are in need and will be used to support our school. You can donate before school at the drop off zone, or after school in the office. Make sure that it is sealed in a bag, preferably in a trash bag. So that your donation doesn’t get lost. See Flyers below!!!

It is time to enroll for next year!!!

It is now time to complete your Annual Family Update in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

This update is REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS RETURNING TO TVUSD FOR THE 26/27 SCHOOL YEAR.

Any student who does not have a completed Annual Update:

may not be enrolled in a class for the 26/27 school year

may not receive a schedule

and may not be able to participate in school business days in August.

It is imperative that all families complete the Annual Family Update as soon as possible to prevent any delay in your child's enrollment for the next school year.

Please note, this process is for RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY. If you have a child in your family who will be new to TVUSD for the 26/27 school year, you must complete the New Student Enrollment process. Click HERE for New Student Enrollment instructions.

TVUSD Safe Riders Registration

If you have a student who is riding a bike/scooter/ebike/escooter to school, they need to complete the Safe Riders Course.

8th Grade Science - Roush and Bovee

Student created egg projects that they tested to see if they survived the fall from the rooftop.

8th Grade Math - Ms. Triggs

Students participated in a Pythagorean Theorem Treasure Hunt. They had to use clues and formulas to navigate the project.
