Message from Dr. Weber Message from Dr. Weber

The start of the second quarter has been a good one. Before we know it, it will be time for Thanksgiving Break, and the semester will be ending on December 18th, right before winter break. Now is the time for students to focus in to work hard on their grades so they are not playing catch up in December. In order to do well, students need to be present so they can get their work done and not miss additional instruction.

Our fall sports season has wrapped up this past week. The Boys'Soccer team had a tremendous season finishing with a 13-4-1 record, losing a 1-0 decision in the regional finals. Congratulations also goes to Izzy Cox and Kayla Boyce who received honorable mention selection for the UKC All Conference Volleyball teams. Finally, last Friday, our Unified Bowling Team won their second consecutive UKC Conference League Championship. Great job to all of our fall student-athletes.

We are now looking forward to the start of our winter sports season. Tryouts and practices for winter sports will begin on Monday, November 16th. Winter sports include Boys' and Girls' Basketball, Boys' and Girls Wrestling, Boys' and Girls' Bowling, and Boys' Swimming & Dive. Remember if a student-athlete would like to participate, they must have a current school physical (dated after May 1, 2026) in order to participate.

Our school musical, SpongeBob The Musical is coming up on November 12th, 13th, and 14th at 7 PM. Please come out and support these students as they have been working very hard on this production.

Senior families...we will soon be mailing out print outs of student fees for THS and for food service. ALL FEES must be paid prior to graduation day. Now is the time to make plans to get these fees taken care of.
