All the information you might need for the GRADUATION ERA!

Dear Senior Families,

This is the first of a series of newsletters specifically for our seniors and senior families, to ensure all of our important dates and announcements can be found easily in one place.

Tomorrow marks the first of several deadlines for seniors to pay attention to- the Early Action/Early Decision deadline. Many other dates and deadlines should make their way into your calendars- scroll down for those.

All of our Fall Sports have celebrated their senior nights, in a bittersweet moment for our athletes and their families as they play their last regular season home games. Seniors have been preparing for Mock Congress, which happens in November, and were treated with a conversation this week with US Congressman Mark DeSaulnier, who shared with them what work and life is like on Capitol Hill.

Seniors also took their panoramic photo this week. This photo will be in the yearbook, but can also be purchased as a standalone HERE.

Senior year is flying by, and what better way to celebrate your student than with a special message in the 2026–2027 Hoofbeats Yearbook?

Senior ads are a wonderful opportunity for families to share photos, memories, and a heartfelt message celebrating their graduate!

Don’t wait! Prices will be increasing soon, and senior ads are available on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis based on available space. Once the available space is filled, we will not be able to accept additional ads.

No ads will be sold after the 11/20/26 deadline.

Please note- you must create your ad when you pay for it, so be prepared!

Time for Senior Portraits! (if you have not done so already)

Studio One Photography is the official senior portrait photographer for the Class of 2027. Preserving and capturing senior memories is important, and we are confident you will be pleased with the professional service and high-quality products Studio One provides.

You can schedule portraits at Studio One Photography at their terrific studio in Dublin. You can also schedule your portraits on campus on November 23, 24 and 25. If you would like to go to their studio in Dublin, you can email them at cs@studio1experience.com or call 925-361-0430.

Graduation, graduation rehearsal and Grad Night are all TBD.

Graduation dates are usually released at the end of January.

Our Legacy Brick Project Walk is the rare one-time opportunity for your family to support your student's soon-to-be alma mater, and leave the legacy of their and your name on the new legacy walk in the stadium. This project supports our fundraising efforts for stadium bathrooms!
