Returning Student Registration for the 26-27 School Year
Registration for students returning to Preschool will begin soon. Please review the information below to be prepared for next school year. Thank you!
All currently enrolled Preschoolers at EECV will receive a 2026-2027 School Year Intent Form through an email to their parent(s). This form will allow you to inform us on your plans for 2026-2027.
Students planning to remain in Preschool at EECV must re-register for next school year. Spaces will fill up quickly so once you receive the information, please do not delay. Registration paperwork will be sent home with your child based on your response to the 2026-2027 School Year Intent Form. Please return forms as quickly as possible to secure your child's preschool spot. You may also receive a call from school secretary, Mrs. Bruening, if we have any questions about the program placement for your child. Feel free to call the office at any time to discuss your 26-27 school year plans for your preschooler.
If your student is transitioning from Preschool to Kindergarten you will receive information regarding this transition and any steps you may need to take.
Students transitioning from Preschool to Kindergarten DO NOT need to complete new kindergarten registration. If your child is enrolled in Preschool at EECV, they are an enrolled student with the district and do not need to complete Kindergarten registration. If you have any questions on this please call the office and speak to Mrs. Bruening.
Registration for NEW students (not currently enrolled at EECV) will begin by the end of March. We look forward to continuing to serve your child next school year!

Treats and Celebrations Policy
From our school handbook:
We love to celebrate and recognize special occasions in our students’ lives. Sending in treats or items from home is not required or necessary; however, if you would like to send something in to celebrate an occasion, such as your child’s birthday, please keep the following in mind:
We have many students with allergies, so be sure to discuss treats with the classroom teacher first. All treats must be pre-approved by the classroom teacher. No food sent in for birthdays/celebrations will be consumed at school. It will be sent home in backpacks.
All food items sent in must be individually wrapped, factory packaged, and include a list of ingredients. Again, no food sent in for birthdays/celebrations will be consumed at school. It will be sent home in backpacks.
We encourage non-food items such as stickers, small containers of playdough or bubbles, temporary tattoos, glow sticks, or crayons and coloring books.
No balloons or large decorations will be permitted in the building.

🚌🦷 Mobile Dentist Visit – April 14th & 15th, 2026
We are excited to welcome the Mobile Dentist back to our school on April 14th and 15th, 2026!
The mobile dental clinic is a fantastic resource that allows students to receive regular oral health care right here at school, making it convenient for families and their busy schedules.
Services Provided:
The mobile dentist provides similar care your child would receive at a traditional dental office, including:
-Cleanings
-Exams
-X-rays
If more time-consuming dental work is needed, they will send a referral home with your student for follow-up care.
💳 Cost & Insurance Information
For most families, this service is provided at no cost with dental insurance.
Insurance Guidelines:
To be approved through insurance, your child must not have seen a dentist within 6 months of the school clinic date.
Since our clinic dates are April 14–15, 2026, students cannot have been seen by a dentist after October 13th, 2025 in order to qualify through insurance.
If your child does not have dental insurance, there is a small fee. Payment details are clearly outlined on the permission slip that will be sent home.
📝 Permission Slips
Permission slips will be coming home this week!
Please remember:
A parent/guardian signature is required
Without a signature, the form is not valid
Return forms as soon as possible to ensure your child’s spot (no later than April 1st, 2026 due to Spring Break)

The Main Office of any school building is a hub of activity. Students and staff are always on the go, in and out of the space throughout the school day.
It’s an active place for regular check-ins and meetings with students, as well as staff conferences and daily interactions with school principals and counselors. The Main Office is also a confidential space at times for conversations and interactions between school personnel and students.
Parents and caregivers are part of the equation, too. For any number of reasons, parents may be asked to come to their child’s school during the day. When that happens, parents should follow the district’s visitor procedures by using the school’s main entrance buzzer and intercom system to gain entrance to the school, and then signing in at the front desk.
If parents/caregivers do not have a meeting at the school but still need to come to the school during the day to see their child or to speak to a staff member, call-ahead notice or an appointment is required.
This ensures parents will be seen in a timely manner and upholds the safety practices of the school. To contact the Main Office, please call 440-284-8250.
