TK & Kinder Families: Morning Drop Off Update TK & Kinder Families: Morning Drop Off Update

Family Reminders

TK & Kinder Parents: Please drop students off on the playground and leave after a quick โ€œgoodbyeโ€ or โ€œsee you later.โ€ This helps foster independence and gives students the space to play comfortably.

We kindly ask that you do not wait in the hallways or peek in the classroom windows which will also support their independence.

All Families: When the 8:55 a.m. bell rings, please make your way to the exits. We ask that there be no lingering in the hallways or on the playground.

Reminder: Student restrooms are for students only in order to protect the privacy of all children. If you need to assist your child, please come to the office first, and we will direct you to the appropriate restroom to use.

Dear Families,

Students are more than welcome to ride their bikes or scooters to school! Itโ€™s a great way to stay active and enjoy the fresh air. However, we want to ensure everyone stays safe, so here are a few important reminders:

โœ”๏ธ Walk your bike or scooter when entering and leaving campus.
โœ”๏ธ Park bikes and scooters at the bike racks located at our front entrance on Josie Ave.
โœ”๏ธ Remember to wear a helmet and follow all traffic safety rules.

Thank you for helping us keep our school a safe and welcoming place for everyone! ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿ›‘ Please Read-Safety Concerns: Pick up/Drop off ๐Ÿš—

Safety concern: Student should never be crossing the street outside of the crosswalk, through other cars, in the middle of the street. Please don't ask your students to run across, through cars, as this is extremely unsafe. Near the gate on Willow, more parents are driving the wrong way on the one way street off of Willow, please adhere to all parking and directional signs at all times. Cars that are being left unattended in the middle of the street can cause traffic to back up and possible accidents. ๐Ÿ›‘Please do not park in the bus loading zone or in red zone, or turn your hazards on and leave your car double parked and unattended with/without other children inside. Safety is our utmost concern, and we thank you in advance for making sure we keep everyone safe and ticket free. Our school neighbors have kindly asked that we remind parents to NOT block their driveways when dropping off and picking up, OR, leave any children in their cars unattended while walking to drop off other siblings to the school campus.
