Scheduling and Planning Club Events
With summer soon upon us, now is a good time to think about risk management within your group. Hopefully, you know that Minnesota 4-H is committed to providing safe and healthy environments for youth and adults who take part in 4-H and that volunteers, such as yourself, play a critical role in protecting our young people!
Please let the Nobles County Extension Office know when you are hosting your club meetings and special events. This needs to be documented on our calendar to ensure it's a 4-H event so it will be covered by insurance.
Check out these special circumstance information sheets to plan your next event!
