Lufkin’s Holiday Hugs Program is now open for registration! Our goal is to help spread holiday cheer by sponsoring gift matches for students and families at Lufkin.
To sponsor a gift package:
- Check out our Holiday Hugs Wishlist.
- Student gift requests will be added throughout November.
- Please return all gifts to LRMS for distribution by December 5, 2025.
To receive a gift package:
- Complete the Holiday Hugs registration form by November 25, 2025. Forms received after this date will not be accepted.

Rent the Rock
Parents, students, and staff can “Rent the Rock” to recognize a student’s birthday, show school spirit, thank a teacher or staff member, or simply to celebrate! Burrito Shak Spirit Night: SUCCESS!
Thanks to all of the families who came out and supported our school on Spirit Night at Burrito Shak. Thanks to your enthusiastic participation, Burrito Shak is donating $250 to our program!

Thank you to the volunteers — students and families — who came out Saturday, Nov. 15, to freshen up our sidewalk bolts, add new ones for this year’s donors, and help spruce up the carpool entrance area! From painting bolts to edging grass to spreading fresh mulch, your time and effort made a visible difference!
