Uniform Expectations - Please Read
Parents,
This is a reminder that students are expected to be dress in the proper CSP uniform when they come to school. Please see the attached information that has been emailed home. We are issuing uniform infractions.
Cell Phone / Tardy Log / Uniform
Starting next week we will be documenting students that are tardy to class, not in proper CSP uniform and violate the cell phone policy.
It is our expectation that all students are on-time for class daily. This includes the ROAR period as well. Students that are tardy to class will sign-in upon entering the classroom. Parents will receive a notification if the student is tardy to class.
Each morning during Period 1 we will check to ensure that students are in proper CSP uniform. If a student is out of uniform, you will receive a notification. (CSP Dress Code Letter)
Finally, it is our expectation that students will continue to follow the cell phone policy. The students have been doing an excellent job with this! Please note that if a student is not following the policy, they will be asked to provide their phone to school staff and a parent will be contacted. The device will remain secured until it is picked up by a parent/guardian.
Below are the responses for the tardy and uniform infractions.
Tardy data and dress code violations will be checked on the first of each month. Students who accrue more than three tardies to class and/or three dress code violations in any one month are required to attend a one-hour after-school detention Students who qualify for this more than once are also required to attend a two-hour Saturday detention. Failure to attend either the after-school detention or the Saturday detention will result in a one-day suspension for insubordination.
