Reading Month Assembly - 1:30 p.m.

Congratulations to Kiley Brady, a 4th grader in Mrs. Hingston's Classroom, for reading 1,000,000 words!

A collection of recipes from Hemlock Elementary & K.C. Ling students have been published and are ready for purchase. The new cookbooks can be purchased in the K.C. Ling office.

Thank you for your cooperation with the drop off and pick up procedures. Things have gone much smoother this week. As a reminder, please make sure that you are not stopping and parking at the front entrance during morning drop off. This is backing up cars and slowing down the drop off process. At dismissal, please make sure you are parking in designated spots only and students are not walking across the parking lot to parked vehicles. Again, we appreciate your cooperation as we continue to make safety our priority.

Hemlock Public School District is holding a recycling education competition for students in grades K-6. The top prize in each category is $100! Grades K-3 coloring sheets will be available in the K.C. Ling Elementary office. Grades 4-6 will design an original Hemlock recycling mascot or logo to help show our community that Huskies are going green!
