Mission Statement:
Eastlake is a learning community that provides authentic, rigorous, and relevant educational experiences for every learner to be successful.
Vision Statement:
Unparalleled learning for global citizens.
Dear Eastlake Learning Community,
This is week 24 of the 2023-2024 school year. Last week we administered six weeks exams. We also held Saturday campus for English and Social Studies. This week we will administer our English 1 benchmark interim exam on Tuesday and English 2 benchmark interim exam on Thursday. Both exams will help prep our students for the upcoming State End of Course exams (EOC). Please note the block schedule for both exams. This will help our students attend all their classes over a two day period.
On Wednesday, February 14, 2024 Eastlake will provide a 60 minute lunch for our students and teachers. Please note the abbreviated bell schedule for Wednesday. With this said, Valentine deliveries will not be allowed to the campus. This will help limit the number of distractions while in class. Campus will administration will pick up any glass, flowers, or oversized stuffed animals if they are on campus. Students will be allowed to pick up any valentine confiscated items at 4:45 pm that same day.
Six week grades are due this Wednesday, February 14th and UIL ACTION DAY will be next week February 21st. It is imperative for students to stay ahead of their grades and attendance. Notices will be delivered to students who must attend March intersession. Spring intersession will be from Monday, March 3rd through Friday, March 14th. During this time students will have the opportunity to attend any loss of credit, HB1416 TAI hours, AP tutorials, TSIA testing, and academic bridge campus.
Our overall average daily attendance for the entire entire school year is 92.98%
9th grade - 92.27%
