We are excited to share an update regarding our district-wide elementary sports program for 4th-6th grade! Beginning with Season 3 (Boys Soccer & Girls Basketball), for the remainder of this school year and moving forward, all students who wish to participate will be placed on a team. No students will be cut from the program. Our goal is to provide more opportunities for students to participate, develop their athletic skills, learn teamwork, and experience the benefits of school athletics.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to participate, all student-athletes must meet the following requirements:

● Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.

● Attend tryouts.

● Be in good standing with their behavior at school.

Important Program Information

● Registration: Students may sign up to participate with their teacher, or parents may register their student using the attached Google Form. All athletes must have a signed parent/guardian permission slip on file to be eligible to participate.

Season 3 ( Boys Soccer & Girls Basketball) registration is open until Friday 11/6

● Practices: Practices will be held on Mondays and Tuesdays after school from 2:45–3:45 p.m.

● Games: Games will take place on Thursdays after school. Game times are to be determined.

● Transportation on Game Days: Transportation to and from games will be provided by the district.

● Transportation After Practice: Parents are responsible for picking up their athletes after practices on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please arrive promptly by 3:45.

We are excited about this change and the opportunity to make elementary athletics more accessible to all students who want to participate. We look forward to building teamwork, sportsmanship, confidence, and school pride through our Elementary Athletics Program!
