What's new in the Club Catalog??
Catalog Updates:
Be sure to check out the updated Art Club, Beta Club, and Drama Club information in our club catalog! These updates are a great way to explore opportunities, discover new interests, and get involved at Sneed Middle School. Students are encouraged to browse the catalog and find a club that sparks their interest!
⭐ Good. Better. Best. Starts With Getting Involved!
At Sneed Middle School, we believe every Squire has talents, interests, and passions waiting to be discovered. Our 2026–2027 Sneed MS Club Catalog gives students exciting opportunities to step outside the classroom, try something new, and discover what makes them shine!
Through our clubs and organizations, Squires can express themselves creatively, learn new skills, build confidence, strengthen social skills, and develop meaningful connections with their peers and teachers. Whether they are exploring a new passion or building on an existing one, every experience is an opportunity to grow from Good to Better to Best!
So, Squires, find something that interests you, take a chance, and get involved. Your journey to Better and Best may begin with simply saying, “I’ll try!”
Good. Better. Best!

Recipe Card
Kale Power Salad
SERVING SIZE: 1 cup
SERVINGS: 10
Ingredients:
1-pound of kale, fresh, trimmed, without stem
1 cup apples, diced
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
¼ - ½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup fresh Parmesan cheese
Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing
1 ½ Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 ½ teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
Ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup olive oil
Directions:
- Chop kale.
- In a medium-size bowl, combine apples with lemon juice.
- In a separate bowl, prepare dressing by whisking together apple cider vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Slowly add oil and whisk until the dressing thickens.
- Place kale leaves in a large bowl. Add dressing. Use your hands to massage the leaves until they become soft and wilted.
- Add apples, dried cranberries, & Parmesan cheese to kale mixture.
- Refrigerate for an hour and serve.
Florence Harvest of the Month Pro Tips:
Kale is a hardy green that can withstand a long soak in dressing; it gets better as it marinates.
Replace apple cider vinegar dressing with a balsamic dressing.

The Harvest of the Month recipes and recipe cards are made in partnership with culinary and graphic design students at Advantage Academy.
