MIDDLE SCHOOL SOUTH

Good afternoon!

Just a reminder that students are only in school Monday and Tuesday this week as we celebrate Thanksgiving. I hope you all have an enjoyable holiday and find time to be thankful. We are very thankful for our families, students and staff.

Enjoy your weekend

HEART & PRIDE

The Heart & Pride Nomination Form will remain available year-round and is open to any member of our staff, regardless of position.

Good afternoon parents and guardians,

Friday, as part of our annual training and the GJPS Standard Response Protocol, GMSS practiced a Lockdown Drill. This communication is sent to serve as a notification that the drill was conducted following the district protocols. We review the Standard Responses Protocol throughout the year, practice the elements with support from the Gahanna Police Department, and always look to stay sharp through these practices.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

POP TAB COLLECTION November 10 - January 9

Students and staff pop out and bring in your pop tabs. Collect the tabs during your family and friend gatherings over the Thanksgiving and winter break. Bring them into your homeroom from November to January. C3 will donate them to the Central Ohio chapter of the Ronald McDonald House. It’s an easy way to do something good and make a difference in the life of a seriously ill child. The winning homeroom of each grade level gets a popcorn party. The winner of each grade will get points toward survivors too.
