26-27 School Year Calendar

Returning student registration was due Friday, May 8th! If you have not completed registration or need assistance, please call the front office 256-773-2411. It's crucial that it is completed so the district office can plan for next year, especially out-of-district enrollment.

We're in the home stretch weeks (yay!), but attendance still counts! We want to remind you that the state department classifies 18 absences (excused and unexcused) as chronic absenteeism and this many absences can negatively impact student success now and in the future. Students are allowed 4 written parent excuses each semester. If you have questions about attendance, please contact FEB.

All medication bust be picked up from school by May 22nd. Any medication left after May 22nd will be discarded.

26-27 School Year Begins August 11 for Students

The Flying Squirrels brought home the Judges Award for the second year in a row, which is such an exciting accomplishment. When Pigs Fly worked hard and represented our team with perseverance, dedication, and a great attitude.

Techno Tigers in Tutus and Tuxes and Techno Tigers: CTRL+ALT+DFT represented FEB well at the 2026 World Championships in St. Louis. We are so proud of the grit and determination! CTRL+ALT+DFT placed well in their division with outstanding teamwork. Tutus and Tuxes won the Inspire award, an award given to only one team from each division of 80 teams. This is the first school team award for Hartselle City!
