Winter Break Wellness Tips
As we head into winter break, we encourage families to help students maintain healthy habits that set them up for success when school resumes. Try to keep a consistent bedtime during the week so students return well-rested and ready to learn. Make reading a part of each dayβwhether itβs a favorite book, a magazine, or time spent reading together as a family. Keep bodies active with regular exercise, inside or outdoors, to boost energy and mood. And remember to set limits on screen time to help students stay balanced and engaged in meaningful activities.
We wish all our families a safe, restful, and joyful winter break!

Advent -- It's math! It's sustainability! It's the spirit of the season π²
Not only is there endless creativity with upcycling or recycling classroom/household materials to create calendar, but instead of chocolate, each day could bring a soul-rewarding treat: a good deed to do, a compliment to pay someone, a learning challenge.
