The Home Stretch
Noble Families,
We are officially in the home stretch of the 2025–2026 school year, with only 7 instructional days remaining! As we approach the finish line, our staff is committed to helping every student stay focused, engaged, and successful through the very last day of school.
We are excited to share some wonderful news—our OST Math and Science results have returned, and we are seeing tremendous growth across our building! This achievement reflects the hard work of our students, the dedication of our staff, and the support you provide at home. We are incredibly proud of what our school community has accomplished together. We are also eagerly awaiting our ELA results and are hopeful for more great news to celebrate soon.
As we wrap up the school year, your partnership remains incredibly important. Please help us by:
• Encouraging your child to stay focused and engaged each day.
• Reinforcing positive behavior expectations at home.
• Talking with your child about eligibility for end-of-year celebrations and activities.
• Reviewing school communication carefully for important updates about EOY activities.
• Ensuring students arrive on time each day and ready to learn.
These final days are still valuable instructional opportunities, and our teachers are continuing meaningful lessons, small-group support, and targeted instruction to help students finish strong academically and socially. Thank you for your continued partnership and support throughout this school year. It has been a joy to watch our students grow, and we are excited to celebrate a strong finish together.
Mr. Walker, M.Ed.
Principal
From the Assistant Principal's Desk
Noble Families,
We were incredibly fortunate to have beautiful weather for Field Day, and it was wonderful to see our students enjoying such a fun and memorable tradition together. A huge thank you goes to Mr. Wright for his outstanding planning and organization, as well as to our amazing parent volunteers who gave their time and energy to help make the day so special for our students.
Earlier in the week, we also hosted a tremendously successful Literacy Night, welcoming more than 160 members of our Noble community for an evening of learning, connection, and fun. Thank you to all of the families who attended and helped make the event such a success. We are also grateful to our dedicated staff members who worked so hard to create such a meaningful experience for our students and families.
As we enter the final 7 instructional days of the school year, we remain focused on finishing strong both academically and behaviorally. Students are continuing important learning and participating in end-of-year activities that celebrate their growth and accomplishments. We are proud of the tremendous growth our students have shown this year, and we are excited to celebrate their hard work in the days ahead.

Noble Culture
Staff Spotlight - Ms. Murray
Ms. Murray joined the Noble community this year as our Attendance Secretary, seamlessly stepping into various roles whenever needed. While she came to us most recently from working with Gearity, she is no stranger to the district. Ms. Murray has dedicated over 12 years of service to the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City School District, working across various schools and in multiple capacities.
A beloved member of our staff, she brings a wealth of institutional knowledge, unwavering positivity, and a remarkable ability to connect with students, staff, and families alike. We are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team!
Staff Spotlight - Mrs. Clay
As we approach the end of the school year, we want to take a special moment to honor and celebrate the remarkable career of Ms. Clay, one of our Pre-K Paraprofessionals, who will be retiring this year. Ms. Clay’s impact on the field of education spans decades, and her legacy is woven into the lives of countless students who began their academic journeys under her care. She has been a cornerstone of the Noble community, providing a foundation of love, structure, and encouragement for our youngest scholars.
Throughout this final year, Ms. Clay has gone above and beyond her classroom duties, serving as a pillar of strength and a source of profound wisdom for our entire team. While we will deeply miss her presence in our community, we are incredibly grateful for the decades of passion she has poured into her work. Ms. Clay, thank you for your commitment to our children and for the mentorship that has strengthened our staff. We wish you a retirement filled with the same joy and peace you have brought to Noble for so many years!

College & Career Readiness Week
This week, Noble is placing a special emphasis on college and career readiness as we work to link Pre-K-12 learning together! To bring these future pathways to life, our students will engage in various visits from inspiring community partners and exciting high school programs, alongside our 5th graders taking transition visits to the middle school. Please help your child celebrate their bright future by participating in the rest of our daily spirit week themes:
Wednesday: "The Future is Bright" - Wear your summer vacation clothes - think tropical shirts, sunglasses, etc.
Thursday: "Dream Big" — Represent a college/university by wearing a shirt, jersey, etc. from your selected college/university.
Friday: "Dress for Success" — Dress as your desired career profession. (i.e. doctor, lawyer, astronaut, etc.)
We can't wait to see our students showcase their big dreams all week long!
Tiger 5K & Noble Run Club
Our Noble Run Club officially crossed the finish line of its season by participating in the 5K Run, and we could not be prouder of our student athletes! The event even had an appearance from Heights alum, Laila Edwards, from the USA 🇺🇸 Gold Medal Winning Hockey Team! A massive shout-out goes to Ms. Gaines for leading these efforts with so much heart and dedication, inspiring our runners to push their limits every step of the way. We also want to deeply thank the PTA and all the staff members who came out to lace up their sneakers, volunteer, cheer from the sidelines, and support the club throughout the season. Watching our students conquer the course was a beautiful reminder of what can be achieved with such a supportive community running right alongside them!
Field Day 2026
A huge shout-out goes to Mr. Wright for organizing an absolutely spectacular Field Day for our students! His incredible planning and energy ensured the entire day ran smoothly, but it truly took a village to bring it all to life. We are so grateful to our fantastic teachers and wonderful parent volunteers who stepped up to manage stations, cheer on our athletes, and keep the fun rolling. Thank you to everyone involved, especially Mr. Wright, for making this year's Field Day an unforgettable memory for Noble!

Math & Science OST Results!
We are excited to share some of our initial Ohio State Test results and celebrate the hard work of our students and staff!
Our 5th grade students brought incredible focus and determination to the Science assessment, with 44% of students scoring Proficient or higher. This includes:
• 11% Advanced
• 14% Accelerated
• 19% Proficient
In Grades 3–5 Math, we are also proud to report that 49% of students performed at or above Proficient across the 176 total tests taken. This includes:
• 15% Advanced
• 19% Accelerated
• 15% Proficient
These early results reflect the dedication of our students, the expertise and care of our teachers, and the strong partnership we share with our Noble families. Every day, our staff works intentionally to provide high-quality instruction, targeted support, and meaningful interventions that help students grow and succeed.
While we will continue to carefully review all of our data to ensure every student receives the support they need, we also want to take time to celebrate this exciting progress and the strong academic foundation our students are building. Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and partnership in helping our students shine. We are so proud of what our Noble Tigers are accomplishing together!
Preliminary Acadience Results
In addition to celebrating our early Ohio State Test results, we are also excited to share encouraging progress from our Acadience assessments across Grades K–2. We are seeing strong academic growth across all primary grade levels, and we especially want to celebrate our Kindergarten students, our earliest learners, who have made incredible strides this year. Since the beginning of the school year, we have seen a significant decrease in the number of students performing below benchmark and a tremendous increase in students meeting important early learning milestones.
This growth reflects the hard work and determination of our students, the intentional support and instruction provided by our teachers and intervention staff, and the partnership we share with our Noble families. Building strong foundational reading and learning skills in these early years is critical, and we are incredibly proud of the progress our students are making. These results show that our students are growing, building confidence, and developing the skills they need for long-term success. Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and partnership in helping our youngest Noble Tigers thrive. We are so proud of their growth and excited to continue celebrating their success!
