Less than Two Weeks Left...

“Do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do.”

– Oprah Winfrey

Where did the year go!? We have two weeks left of the 25-26 school year and that means there is still time to do what you have to do in order to finish the school year the way you want to. Next Friday will be the start of finals week with the schedule below.

Still 10 graduates are left for FAFSA. This needs to be submitted for graduating students as soon as possible or you can fill out an opt out form which are in the office. There are Cash 4 College nights held virtually and in person all over the county if you need assistance. This is the only way you will get any type of financial aid in college and this is the only way you will get to go to the JC for free. Please fill it out as soon as possible, so you can find out how much money you will earn and if you get the Cal Grant or other scholarships.

There is a Google Classroom with resources and announcements...ask your students if they have joined yet.

My newsletters are to inform parents mostly, but there will also be information for students. Some information carries over each week, but always look for the new stuff.

I am very easy to get ahold of and respond pretty quickly. If you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, clarification, or concerns.

See below for friendly reminders: Important Dates, Mental Health Tips/Resources, SRJC information, Scholarship opportunities, and volunteer opportunities.

Project Grad Volunteers/Donations Needed Project Grad Volunteers/Donations Needed

Those that don't have graduates yet, let's pay it forward...

Project Graduation on June 3, 2026, is quickly approaching, and we need your help to make this event a success for our students!

There are many volunteer jobs available, and as the saying goes, “Many hands make light work.” Every helping hand truly makes a difference and helps create a safe, fun, and memorable celebration for our graduates.

Can you donate just 2 hours of your time? Take a look HERE to see what works for you!

If you’re unable to volunteer, there are still other ways to support Project Graduation. Donations through our Amazon Wish List are greatly appreciated and help us provide supplies and prizes for the event.

Thank you for supporting our students and helping make Project Graduation such a special tradition! If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to Nicole Turner at nicole_turner@crpusd.org
