Our senior parents have been busy organizing for the Senior Parade, Senior yard signs, and Senior BBQ. Parents will place the Senior yard signs along Campus Drive for the parade, and seniors can take their sign after parade day.

A donation request of $30 to cover these 3 events can be made through REVTRAK.

Senior Parade and Yard Signs

Line up begins at 3:30p in the Ascent Church parking lot. Parade starts at 4p - 5:30p.

The annual Senior BBQ is a Monarch tradition that is hosted by – the Senior parents – for the entire Senior class and faculty. It will be held at Monarch on Friday, May 17th (11:30 am -1 pm) after graduation rehearsal and the Senior Gauntlet. This is an opportunity for our Seniors to enjoy one last gathering as a class before graduation. Seniors can hang out, listen to music, play some games and relax before the big ceremony Friday night.

We will be serving lunch to approximately 500 people and we are asking each of you to join in the festivities and consider donating your time, much needed food and supplies and/or cash contributions.

• Please go to the following link to view options for shifts to work at the event and needed food items and supplies. 2024 Senior BBQ Sign Up Genius

• Food and supply donations CANNOT be delivered to the school until the morning of the BBQ as there is insufficient storage to accommodate early deliveries. Please bring your donation to the drop off site at Monarch’s front entry between 8:30 am and 9:30 am Friday, May 17th. There will be tables set up with volunteers available to take your donation. Please send food items READY TO SERVE in disposable pans or Ziploc bags. If you must send food in a dish that you want back, make sure your name and phone number are on it. You may pick it up from the teacher’s lounge anytime after the event.

• Monetary donations are also critical for the success of the event. Donations will be used to buy meat and buns for 500 hungry students and staff. This year, we are streamlining donation requests for the end of year senior activities. We are requesting a $30 donation from each senior family, and this money will go toward the Senior BBQ, parade, and personalized yard sign. If you are willing and able to donate more than $30, we'd greatly appreciate that as well! We want to ensure all signs are paid for and the bbq is fully funded! Thank you for your support!

• Seniors will receive their Class of 2024 Stole at graduation when they are lining up.
• Seniors are allowed to decorate their cap for graduation.

GradImages will be on site during our graduation ceremony to take photos of the students receiving their diplomas on stage. They will mail proofs for purchase to families.

As seniors walk across the stage, they will receive their "empty" diploma cover.
