Fremont Intermediate School
New Family Registration
A Message From Mr. Ladenburger
Parent/Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 24, and families will use an online scheduling system to sign up for a conference time. This is the same system used by both the elementary and intermediate schools. On November 11 at 6:00 p.m., you will receive an email with directions on how to access the system and schedule your conference. We encourage you to sign up early to secure a time that works best for your family.
If you need a translator for your parent-teacher conference, please let your child’s teacher know by November 10.
Halloween Parties
Halloween parties are on Friday, October 31. Each classroom will allow three designated parent Party Hosts. These parents should arrive at 1:45 p.m. for the event. Other parents who are not assigned as Party Hosts will not be invited to attend. Students can change into their costumes before the party, so please send a costume they can put on independently. Costumes should be school-appropriate, with no depictions of violence, and makeup, masks, and weapons are not allowed. Thank you for your support and understanding.
If your child is unable to participate in the Halloween activities, please let your homeroom teacher know. We are happy to plan alternative activities to ensure that all children enjoy the day!

Parent Volunteer Survey
We love partnering with our parents and guardians to create a strong and supportive school community! There are many ways to get involved at Fremont—some connected to your child’s classroom and others that support our school as a whole. Opportunities include helping with our PAWS program, assisting with copying or bulletin boards, working with small student groups, or even sharing your profession with students.
If you’re interested in volunteering, please take a few minutes to complete the survey linked below. Your responses will help us connect you with opportunities that align with your interests and availability. We will review all entries, and a staff member will reach out when a volunteer opportunity that matches your interests becomes available.
Enhancing The Literacy Skills Of Your Multilingual Language Learners
If your child will be absent from school because of illness, doctor's appointments, or for any other reason, please report it to the school office by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the absence by completing the form linked below. While the online form is preferred, you may also call in the absence to the front office at 847-388-3700 (option 2).
