Digital Learning Day #2
Tuesday, November 3rd, is a Digital Learning Day (DLD) for all students.
On scheduled Digital Learning Days, students access lessons in Google Classroom through the Student LaunchPad but will not have virtual class time with their teachers.
To ensure that students have a nutritious meal to fuel their learning, our bus drivers will be on the road and at every bus stop to deliver meals prepared by the School Nutrition Program staff. Families should expect buses to run their routes from approximately 10:45 a.m. to noon, beginning at the first stops on the route. These delivered meals are provided at no cost to families and are provided to anyone 18 years old and under.

Students will find all their lessons and assignments on their teacher's Google Classroom.
Learning will be asynchronous, meaning students will not have live virtual sessions.
Questions? Please contact your child's teacher through ParentSquare.

Veterans Day Program
Head Elementary's Annual Veterans Day Program will be held on Wednesday, November 11 at 9:30 AM.
We invite any Veteran or active-duty service member to attend our program and be honored with a medal, certificate, and a gift bag. Our chorus will perform patriotic songs and there will be a slideshow of Veterans from our school community.
If you would like to send in a picture of a Veteran or active service member for our slideshow, please send images to ashley.petric@gcpsk12.org. If you sent in a picture last year, you do NOT need to resubmit it.
All pictures and RSVPs must be submitted by November 4. RSVP forms were sent home with all students on Friday, October 9th.
Questions? Please contact kelly.mraz@gcpsk12.org.
