Dear Triumph Family,

As we approach Thanksgiving, I find myself reflecting on the abundance of dedication, resilience, and purpose that each of you bring to Triumph Public High Schools. The path we walk together is shaped by the collective commitment to uplift every student who steps through our doors. This season, I am especially grateful for the privilege of working alongside such an extraordinary community of educators, staff, students, and families.

The heart of Triumph beats stronger each day because of your steadfast belief in the potential of our students. Your efforts, both seen and unseen, help foster a learning environment that truly prioritizes each young person’s growth and potential. To our teachers and staff, thank you for your tireless dedication, patience, and compassion; to our parents and guardians, thank you for the trust you place in us and your vital partnership in this journey. And to our students, thank you for your curiosity, determination, and willingness to learn and grow. Together, we are achieving remarkable things.

During this season of Thanksgiving, I encourage each of you to take a moment to celebrate your achievements, cherish the connections you have built, and remember the impact of your work. I am deeply thankful for each of you and wish you a wonderful November filled with gratitude and joy.

Sincerely
Frances Berrones-Johnson

Attendance Matters Attendance Matters

Attendance incentives play a crucial role in encouraging students to prioritize being present in class. By implementing rewards for consistent attendance, schools can motivate students to engage more fully with their education. These incentives can range from recognition programs, such as certificates or shout-outs, to tangible rewards like gift cards or special events. When students see a direct benefit from attending regularly, they are more likely to develop positive habits and a sense of accountability. Additionally, these incentives can foster a stronger sense of community and collaboration, as students support one another in achieving attendance goals. Ultimately, attendance incentives contribute to a more vibrant and engaged learning environment.

National Custodian Day National Custodian Day

National Custodian Day is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the hard work and dedication of custodial staff who play an essential role in maintaining our schools and communities. Their efforts go far beyond keeping our spaces clean; they create safe and welcoming environments for students and staff alike. On this special day, we acknowledge their commitment, often behind the scenes, to ensure that our facilities are not only functional but also conducive to learning and growth. Let’s take a moment to express our gratitude, share stories of their impact, and recognize the vital contributions they make every day. A heartfelt thank you to all custodians for their tireless service and unwavering support!
