Dear Eagle Families,

What an amazing first 12 days of school we have had! We have loved seeing our Eagles settle into their classrooms, build relationships with their teachers and classmates, and jump into the school year ready to learn. We are off to a fantastic start, and we are so excited about all that is ahead!

🎯 Our First Fundraiser Is Here!

We are kicking off our first fundraiser of the year — Pick a Square! Beginning Monday, August 24, we will have the opportunity to participate in this fun fundraiser while supporting our school and our students. Fundraiser forms will come home Monday, August 24th. We appreciate your support as we work together to provide additional opportunities and experiences for our Eagles!

🦅 Monday Morning Meeting

We are excited to continue our Monday Morning Meetings with our students! If your student is a car rider, please try to have them at school before 7:20 a.m. on Mondays so they have time to get inside and be ready for our Monday Morning Meeting. We want every Eagle to have the opportunity to participate from the very beginning!

Our first PTO spirit night is Tuesday, August 25th from 4:00 - 8:00 at Ritzy's on Frederica Street. We will receive a percentage of all sales that evening. So save yourself the trouble of cooking dinner and join us at Ritzy's!!

🎉 Help Us Get Ready for Eagle Family Night!

We have already started preparing for our Eagle Family Night on Thursday, September 17, and we need your help! We are collecting a few simple items that will help us prepare for the fun:

🥤 Gatorade caps
🧻 Empty paper towel rolls
🧻 Empty toilet paper rolls

If you have any of these items at home, please send them in with your child. Every donation will help us make Eagle Family Night a fun and memorable experience for our students and families!

Thank you for being such an important part of the Audubon family. We are grateful for your continued support and partnership as we work together to make this a BEST year for our Eagles!

Together, we SOAR! 🦅❤️💙

📣 IMPORTANT: New School Communication App

We need your help, Eagles! 🦅❤️

Right now 64% of our guardians have downloaded and activated our NEW school communication app.

👉 Please take a few minutes to get the app set up!

Why is this important?
📱 TalkingPoints is no longer being used by our district.
📱 The new app is now the way you will communicate with your child’s teacher and the school.

We’ve attached step-by-step instructions to help you download and activate the app.
