For Your Information

1. Thank you for all you are doing. We know this is hard and difficult work. It was great to see most of you yesterday in team Zoom conferences. We will continue this practice after Spring Break.

2. Just as a reminder, Phase II dates begin Tuesday, April 14 - Thursday, April 30th. Packet pick up is April 14th, 7:30 am - 1:30 pm and from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Please do not inform parents that packets not picked up will be mailed. Please begin communicating this information to parents Wednesday, April 1.

3. Spring Break - this is a true break. Please take this time to rest and rejuvenate. Let parents know that this is a time for them to rest as well, and that you will not be communicating during this Spring Break.

4. We have been informed that IEP and 504 meetings will need to continue. Paula is rescheduling them now. You will receive an invitation for the rescheduled meeting. When it is time for the meeting access the invitation, click on the "hangout" link and call the telephone number - you will then be prompted to enter a pin number. Parents will also be given this same process. This is in effort for home and personal cell numbers remain private and multiple callers use the line. If you are still concerned, you may dial *67 to block your number before dialing the conference call number.

5. As a reminder, the total number of minutes required to complete packets should be no more than 200 minutes per day for core subjects.

6. Yearbooks: The print shop we use for the yearbook is closed. We will not be printing a yearbook. We will be refunding all payments for yearbooks and field trips. This process will be communicated when we have a solid plan.

7. After today, (3.27.20) the building will be closed except for the office area. Classrooms and hallways cannot be accessed.

8. You all have done an incredible job of putting students and others first during this time. Remember it is important to take care of self. Take time to rest, relax and enjoy family - at a social distance of course... smile!
