We're excited to share that ALL Washington Catholic students in Kindergarten through 12th grade will receive FREE breakfast and FREE lunch during the school year!

A healthy meal helps students stay focused, energized, and ready to learn. We're grateful to be able to provide this benefit to our Cardinal family and help make the school day a little easier for our parents.

🚗 Pick-Up & Drop-Off Safety Reminder 🚸

As we prepare for another wonderful school year, we want to remind everyone of our pick-up and drop-off procedures. These guidelines are in place to keep our students, staff, and families safe.

Drop-Off Times:
🧸 Preschool: 8:15–8:30 AM
🎒 Elementary & MSHS: 7:30–8:05 AM

Please take a moment to review the Pick-Up/Drop-Off Rules graphic before the first day of school.

A few important reminders:
✔️ Do not arrive before your designated drop-off time.
✔️ Follow all one-way traffic patterns and posted directions.
✔️ Never block crosswalks or intersections.
✔️ Pedestrians always have the right-of-way.
✔️ Please have your child pick-up sign visible when picking up your student.

The safety of our children—not the speed of pick-up—is always our top priority. Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and for helping us provide a safe environment for every Washington Catholic student.

🎉 Everyone is invited to our Back to School Block Party! While you're enjoying the fun, help us kick off the school year by stocking the staff lounge!

Bring a snack or drink donation to help keep our amazing teachers and staff fueled throughout the year. Donations can be dropped off with the school secretaries during the event.

Suggested donations include:
• Individual snacks
• Granola or protein bars
• Chips, crackers, popcorn, or trail mix
• Cookies or sweet treats
• Instant noodles or microwave meals
• Cough drops
• Bottled water
• Canned soft drinks, Energy drinks
• Coffee pods or tea

Every donation, big or small, is appreciated and helps us show our gratitude to the incredible staff who make Washington Catholic such a special place. We can't wait to see everyone at the Back to School Block Party! ❤️🖤

✏️ One Less Thing to Worry About!

At Washington Catholic, you don't have to spend time shopping for school supplies—they're already included in your tuition and fees!

That means no long supply lists and no last-minute store runs. We've got your child's classroom supplies covered so they're ready to learn from day one.

The only items families need to provide are:
🎒 A backpack
👟 A pair of clean PE shoes

Our Summer Social is just around the corner, and we're looking for volunteers to help run our game stations!

Volunteer shifts are just one hour long, making it easy to lend a hand and still enjoy all the fun the Summer Social has to offer.

Reminder: To receive your tuition reduction, please submit your most recent tax return as soon as possible. All families are eligible for the tuition reduction, but we must have your tax documents on file to process it. You may bring your tax return to the school office, and one of our secretaries will be happy to make a copy for you or you can email them to svoges@evdio.org. 🚨 Action Required for Universal Choice Scholarships

To ensure your child receives their Indiana Universal Choice Scholarship (voucher), we need a copy of a parent or guardian's Indiana driver's license to verify Indiana residency.

Please submit your driver's license in one of the following ways:
📧 Email a copy to svoges@evdio.org
🎉 Bring it to the Back to School Block Party, where one of our school secretaries will make a copy for you.

This documentation is required to process your student's scholarship, so please don't delay. Thank you for helping us keep everything on track for the upcoming school year!

The New End Zone Uniform Store is now open! Shop now at https://wcgamedaystore2026.itemorder.com/shop/home/, but don't wait—the store will only be open until Sunday, July 19th, so be sure to place your order before it closes. As a reminder, red polos and red quarter-zip sweatshirts are the only approved uniform tops for Monday through Thursday. Game Day shirts and sweatshirts may only be worn on Cardinal Spirit Wear Fridays. You may also purchase uniforms through Lands' End at https://www.landsend.com/co/account/school-uniforms?launchSearch=true anytime throughout the year. Uniforms may be purchased from any retailer of your choice, but we recommend either the New End Zone Uniform Store or Lands' End to ensure your student has approved uniform apparel.

Fall Sports Information

Fall sports are right around the corner, and we are excited to welcome all student-athletes! There are no tryouts for any of our fall sports programs. Simply download the TeamReach app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and join the appropriate team using the code below. Practice schedules, updates, and team communication will be shared through TeamReach.
