Good Morning Rockets!

I hope everyone was able to enjoy a wonderful weekend! We have an exciting week planned for students as we enter the last week of school before the holiday break. There will be no school from December 22nd - January 2nd. School will resume on Monday, January 5th. There will be a half day of school on Friday, December 20th and students will be released at 10:50 am. Please take a look at the additional information below and reach out to the main office with any questions.

We would like to invite all students to join staff in spreading a little holiday cheer! Starting Monday, December 15th, students are encouraged to dress up festively before our holiday break.

We are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for every student, and to do that effectively, we need your unique perspective. Your voice is incredibly important to us! Please take a few moments to fill out our confidential survey linked below. Your honest feedback will give us valuable insight into the culture within our building and will directly guide our efforts to make our school the best it can be.

Our Toys For Tots collection bin has been dropped off to RPMS. Please be a part of this worthwhile event and help put smiles on young faces who may only have this opportunity for a happy holiday.

Our lost and found is overflowing with clothing items, school supplies, and other personal items. Please encourage your student to take a look if they have misplaced anything prior to the holiday break. All items still in the lost and found on Friday will be repurposed or donated.

Did you know there is a RP community pantry serving those in need? The pantry is located at Reeths-Puffer Intermediate and is run by Stacy Hovorka, RP Parent Liaison. The pantry provides food, toiletries, cleaning supplies and clothing to RP families. If you or anyone you know can use this resource, please contact Stacy directly at hovorkas@reeths-puffer.org.

Homework Workshop is a free service that works to support students and get ahead of missing assignments and failing grades by providing a quiet place to work, in addition to access to free tutors/teachers and opportunities to collaborate with peers to learn collaboratively. The learning environment is a supervised and supportive atmosphere where students feel safe and confident to receive the support needed to excel in the classroom. It is held Tuesday, Wednesday , and Thursday from 2:45-4:00 in the LMC. Students are signed up by teachers or the Tier II team. If parents wish to sign their students up they may email Mrs Grant at granta@reeths-puffer.org.

Students have the opportunity to take advantage of our after school program known as RP+ weekly, Monday - Thursday. Click HERE to learn more about the program and the access the registration link. Parents must register students at least 24 hours prior to attending.

Additional information regarding after school clubs will be added here as they become available to students. Contact the main office for more details.

Academic Eligibility:

Parents and student-athletes: a grade report will be collected and submitted to coaches for any student-athlete who is under a C- in any class. This process will take place weekly throughout each season. Please ensure that you are competing in the classroom and on the playing surface.
