A Message from the Principal!

Students and Parents: Our Lost and Found is overflowing! Please check the lost and found in the nurse's office and collect your things. Everything left will be donated during Thanksgiving Break!

We are having our annual Hoops 4 Heart Event to benefit the American Heart Association in November this year. We will have our kickoff, where students will get all the information about our event, on November 3rd during their PE/UA class. Our event will be on Friday November 21st all day in the HMS gymnasium. Over the past 16 years we have raised over $125,000 for the AHA. Our goal this year is to raise $10,000. More information will come in the beginning of November. We would encourage your student to participate and support the cause. All proceeds go directly to the American Heart Association.

December 5th - James Rumsey/Blue Ridge Field Trip for 8th grade students

December 9th - Science Fair set up

December 9th - Choir and Handbell Concert - HHS @ 6 p.m.

December 10th - HMS Science Fair

December 11th - HHS Theater Department presents to 8th grade students

December 12th - Band Concert - HHS @ 6 p.m.

December 16th - Strings Concert - HHS @ 6 p.m.

December 19th - 2-hour delay - Faculty Senate

December 20th - January 5th - No School - Winter Break

January 6th - Students return for the 2nd semester
