Five Good Things in Spring
October 5, 2025
What a showcase! The 2nd annual Fine Arts Collegiate Showcase was a huge success, with 82 Spring ISD theatre, band, and choir students wowing university recruiters and professors across three Houston-area sites. 🎭 This multi-district event, hosted in partnership with Accoladi.com, gave our students the chance to perform, present capstone projects, and start building early connections with colleges. Plus, Fine Arts College Night at Klein HS gave all PVA students a chance to explore their futures in the arts. Big dreams, big talent, and a bright path ahead—way to shine, Spring ISD!🎶
Shoutout to our amazing Spring ISD custodians! 💚 Across the district, we celebrated the heroes who keep our campuses clean, safe, and shining bright! 🌟 Up early and staying late, these all-star staff members go above and beyond—making every hallway sparkle, every classroom shine, and every student and staff member feel welcome. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all that you do—you make our schools a brighter place every day! Happy National Custodian Day! 🧽🌟
Springwoods Village Middle School kicked off Homecoming in the best way—Family Game Night! 🐺 Families, friends, and lots of laughter came together to celebrate what makes their campus the true heart of the community. Grab your crew, bring your A-game, and let’s make Homecoming memories that will last all year!
Staff and community members came together to celebrate and show support for Superintendent Dr. Kregg Cuellar—and Spring ISD truly knows how to show up! The evening was filled with handshakes, hugs, and a surprise congratulatory video for Dr. Cuellar from area leaders. More than just a meet-and-greet, the event highlighted the unity, excitement, and unstoppable momentum we are building in Spring ISD . We are deeply grateful to all our partners for their ongoing support!
Thompson Elementary 2nd graders are already dreaming big—doctors, teachers, nurses, even baseball stars! These young scholars are preparing for their futures today, and College, Career, and Military Readiness Week (CCMR) is the perfect time to celebrate that early spark. The possibilities are endless!
🎉It’s Principal’s Month, and in Spring ISD our principals are true MVPs! 🏆
From baskets filled with favorite goodies to flowers, artwork, and other heartfelt creations straight from the campuses—the gifts were as creative as they were thoughtful. Shoutout to everyone who helped make this possible as we kick off a month full of celebrations. Let’s keep moving forward together in culture and together in accountability!
