is in the Rock Spotlight
"We are so excited to be in year 5 of our Elementary STEAM Special implementation! This year in STEAM, all elementary school students in Council Rock have the opportunity to practice their STEAM Strong skills each week, as they think critically and creatively to solve problems, collaborate and communicate with their peers, and persevere when taking bold chances. Ask your child about ways they've worked through the Engineering Design Process to solve problems. Each year in STEAM, students work through units in Engineering, Coding, and Digital Fabrication. The STEAM Team is passionate about providing our Council Rock students with hands-on, engaging, fun and creative learning opportunities each week!"

Around the District
CR North Art students enjoyed a fabulous day at the Princeton Art Museum and the Grounds for Sculpture!
"Mr. Diglia's class teamed up with the North's Speech & Debate Team to support their annual Food Drive to benefit the Veterans Food Pantry at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. In a true team effort, students from his classroom and the Speech & Debate team collected donations throughout the building, packaged the items, and Mr. Briski delivered to the Veterans Food Pantry in Philadelphia. We are really proud of our students and their recent community work."

E-Bike Safety
An Important Message to Parents
"With spring here and summer approaching, your local police agencies are beginning to report issues with children operating electric bikes in violation of state law, creating hazards to the motoring public, and disrupting local business centers. Please educate yourself and your children regarding these types of vehicles to prevent a local tragedy, and ask your children to be respectful of others' properties and rights. Together we can make a safer community!"
