A Look Back at the Week
Preschool Program
On Monday morning parents, family, and friends gathered to watch our preschoolers show off some of the things they have learned this year. The program was complete with fun songs, recitations, and smiles! Thank you Mrs. Frame, Mrs. Snow, and Mrs. Rutherford for a great year with our 3 and 4 year olds!
Kindergarten Graduation
It was a fun evening of celebration on Monday night at our Kindergarten Graduation Program. Decked out in their baby blue caps and gowns, these 36 students sang songs, recited scripture, and entertained their family and friends. It was a fun night full of smiles and evidence of God's goodness. Thank you Miss Whaley, Mrs. Shaddrix, and Mrs. Davis for all your hard work this year!
Senior Breakfast
On Wednesday morning before graduation practice, seniors and family gathered together to eat breakfast, celebrate, laugh, and cry a little. The morning was made complete with an inspiring message from Dr. Boyd.
Graduation Practice
Seniors, Junior ushers, chorus members, and staff gathered on Wednesday to go over the details of the commencement ceremony.
Skate Party
Students from young to old rolled into the summer break with a final party at the skate rink. It was a great time of laughs and excitement. Thank you to our PTF who made this possible!
6th Grade Celebration
Lower School Awards Assembly
Wow! It was a packed gym on Thursday morning for our Lower School Awards Assembly for 1st through 6th graders. The size of the crowd was a great reminder that we are running out of space!
Congratulations to all of our amazing students on a job well done this year! Thank you Mrs. Candase for all your hard work this year and on organizing the program!
Class of 2026 Commencement
On Thursday night our largest CCS graduating class to date joined with family and friends at Christ Covenant for the 2026 Commencement Exercises. This year's graduating class of 15 students earned many accolades. With over $1.5 million in college scholarship offers and 100% of having already earned college credit through dual enrollment, this class is well on it's way to success.
The commencement included speeches from the 2026 Salutatorian, Miss Savanna Holliman, and Valedictorian, Miss Abygail Robertson. The program also included songs led by the CCS Chorus and message from Rev. Scott Rutherford.
🎉🎓Congratulations to the CCS Class of 2026!
Saving the Best for Last
In every end-of-year program, our favorite award to give is the Christlike Character Award. No matter what any of our students accomplish academically or athletically, the best thing we could ever recognize is a reflection of our ultimate goal ---- to grow students spiritually and encourage them to be more like Jesus!
Congratulations to our Christlike Character Award winners for 2026!
