Nauset App Help Page

Families should download the Nauset App to receive school updates, alerts, and messages. Please note: some people have mistakenly downloaded the Thrillshare App instead. The Thrillshare App is for staff only and does not allow families to log in. To help, we have created the Nauset App Help Page on the district website under the Students and Families tab. This page includes written guides and short tutorials to walk you through downloading and using the app. Visit the page here: Nauset App Help Page

Hello NRMS Families,

Bravo! to the 7th and 8th grade musicians who performed a wonderful winter concert on Wednesday evening. It is so impressive to witness the growth our student-musicians make throughout the year. The strings in the orchestra and the horn section in the band were standout performers at the concert. Thank you to the many parents and guardians who attended the concert. Your support of our music programs is so appreciated.

At the concert, I mentioned the NRMS Education Foundation. The NRMS Education Foundation is seeking to raise at least $5000 in donations that will go toward scholarships for students to attend overnight trips such as the 7th grade trip to Quebec or the 8th grade trip to New York City. Bus transportation costs are a major factor in the high cost of these overnight trips. In addition to providing scholarships, the Education Foundation will seek to continue its fundraising efforts to be able to contribute funds specifically for bus transportation. Additional funds could also help equip our auditorium with updated sound and light systems. If you or someone you know owns a local business, please consider offering an 11% day. Thank you to Friends Market and the Barley Neck restaurant who recently held 11% days and helped us toward our fundraising targets. We need just $1300 more to have the $5000 in hand for scholarships. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a big difference for our students. Please consider making a donation today.

Have a great weekend.

8th Grade Class Trip to NYC - Register Today (New Trip Dates: May 27-29, 2026)

Just a friendly reminder to sign-up for the grade 8 class trip to New York City. We need a minimum of 80 students for this special event to happen, so complete the registration today.

There are two important steps to register your student for the Grade 8 NYC Trip:

Step 1: Enroll through our tour company partner Hummingbird Student Tours using this link. https://bit.ly/naunyc26trip

Step 2: Complete the NRMS Enrollment Google Form using this link: https://forms.gle/kpnhV7P8kv3irAwM6

It is important for you to enroll so that we can have an accurate count of the number of students that plan on attending the trip. As mentioned in the meeting please enroll even if you can't pay the initial deposit at this time. If, for whatever reason, you missed that meeting we are sharing a video recording (click here) that we encourage you to watch that explains a lot of the important information.

Also, there is trip insurance offered at an extra expense. If you are interested in that insurance please read the details carefully as there is a time frame that you need to sign up for after registering your student.

Please feel free to reach out to Mr. Peterson at petersonr@nausetschools.org with any questions.
