Dear Parents and Carers,
It's been a lovely, steady week here at school. The children looked incredibly smart for their school photos, and thank you all for helping them look so great!
This week, we had a visit from the Yorkshire Learning Trust school improvement team. They will be working with all the schools in our MAT to help us continue to improve, which is something we are always striving to do for our students. We believe there's always room to be even better!
This week's staff meeting focused on Individual Support Plans. If your child has one of these, their teacher will be in touch soon to set up a meeting to discuss it with you.
Looking ahead, we're excited to have the Blue Cross visiting us next week. They will lead a whole-school session on how to safely interact with dogs, which is an important part of our policy for having our wonderful school dog, Bobbie, on site.
Thank you again for all your support. We truly couldn't do it without you.
Have a great weekend,
Mel Walmsley
