PIC Parent Update

Dear PIC Families,

As we conclude another busy week at PIC, I would like to share some highlights of our recent activities. This week, we proudly celebrated 100's Day, completed our soap drive, initiated our volleyball and Mathletes programs, and welcomed Bayla, our therapy dog, back to the building. These events have contributed to our ongoing learning and growth, reinforcing the vibrant community that PIC embodies.

In this newsletter, I would like to draw your attention to a few important announcements:

1. Book Fair: We will host a one-day-only book fair on February 27. Please refer to the flyer below for more details. Most items will be priced at $5 and above. A book flyer will be distributed by Mrs. Schubbe, our librarian, as we approach the date.

2. Chicago Wolves Game: Enclosed is a digital copy of the Chicago Wolves Game flyer that was previously sent home. We warmly invite all families to join us for this event on March 16.

3. Charlotte's Web Play: PIC students have been invited to attend a performance of "Charlotte's Web," presented by PJHS performers at the high school on February 28. We eagerly anticipate this enriching all-school field trip.

Thank you for your continued support and engagement in our community. Please be sure to review the attached documents for additional information. As a final reminder, this upcoming Friday, we have an 11:00 dismissal for a District School Improvement Day.

April 7-11th - Illinois Assessment of Student Readiness (IAR) Testing
