2027 Halloween Parade
Spooky season is officially here! Get those costumes ready for the 15+ year Shiloh Farms Halloween Parade tradition!
Whether you’ve been here for years or this is your family’s first parade, it’s a wonderful way for us to kick off a fun night of trick-or-treating. We'll gather on Halloween, Saturday, October 31st starting at 4:30 down by the clubhouse and begin the short parade stroll at 4:45. We’ll take a photo in front of Belmont’s very own haunted mansion and then your kiddos can get home in time for dinner or start ringing doorbells for candy!
Can’t wait to see you and your princesses, superheroes, and ghost dogs!

Tree Work around the property
I am sure you have noticed all of the tree and landscaping work happening across the property. The Board has started to remove the Leyland cypresses that are dying along the back of the playground area. We have planted new Green Giants as a replacement (a much heartier tree). We have taken down other dead and diseased trees and had extensive trim work done on the trees lining Shiloh Road. We have been in the process of taking down overgrown bushes that block our entry signs and redeveloping those areas. We have contracted work to be done on the sidewalk by the tennis courts to stop the erosion of mud that slicks the sidewalk after every rain. Please walk the property and notice all the improvements and upgrades. This maintenance and upkeep is a huge part of why our community is so sought after.
