ParentSquare Posts will Archive on June 30th!

End-of-Year Archiving Process - Why Archive Posts?

On June 30th, your class posts will be archived, and you will no longer be able to post to your current classes. When the new school year begins and you are assigned to active classes again, you will be able to post to your classes. Why archive posts?

Fresh Start: Like cleaning your desk, it gives users a fresh start for the new school year.
Relevance: When students move up a grade, old posts are no longer applicable.

Please note that our district will still be able to post to schools, grade levels, and groups throughout the summer. If you need to post to a specific group of students or parents after the archive date, please contact tech staff members.

You can archive posts that you want to use again!

From the post you want to save, click on the cog in the top right corner. Click on ARCHIVE to save your post. To view the posts you have authored that have been archived, go to

Manage Account > Archived Posts.

If you would like to reuse a post next year, see Duplicate a Post and make edits.

Exact Path and Study Island classes will be archived on June 30th!

Exact Path End-of-Year Checklist

Download Reports needed to close out the year. Archiving a class simply removes the class from the dashboard view. This will NOT delete any previously completed student data, so this data is obtainable if you should need it after summer school. The Learning Path Progress report shows how much time students spend working on skills in Exact Path and how many activities they have completed. The summary view provides an overview of learning path progress. We recommend using the “All” choice under Subject and then export a report for each grade level you monitor.
