BHS Regents Exam Schedule and Reminders

Tuesday, June 13th will be the last day of classroom instruction at Brockport High School for the 2022-23 school year. We will administer NYS Regents exams beginning June 14th and through June 22nd. The schedule for those exams is below. Students will attend school for their exams only. Please note, our morning exam administration will begin at 8am and our afternoon administration will begin at 12pm. This is different than what NYSED has published on their website. Please follow the schedule pictured below and linked here.

To support your family's planning, we have linked a template with all test and times linked here. You will need to enter the testing room for your student. If you need that information, please contact your student's teacher, counselor, case manager, or call the main office at BHS. Room locations will also be posted in the BHS foyer for reference.

For each testing administration date, we will provide BCSD bus transportation to school for all students taking exams. Pick up will be at student's normal morning times. Students who take a morning exam will be bussed home from BHS, departing at approximately 10:55am. Students riding bus transportation for afternoon exams should be ready at their normal pick up stop at 11am. Students who need bus transportation home from afternoon exams will board their busses at our normal dismissal time of 2:13pm. Shuttles that run to Barclay or Ginther will also run as normal. We will not have available district transportation beyond 3pm. Please plan accordingly.

Food will be available in the BHS Foyer for any student who needs to purchase breakfast or lunch June 15th - 20th.

Personal electronic devices, such as cell phones, smart watches, earbuds, etc. and bookbags, purses, etc. are not allowed in any testing location per New York State Education Department and should be left at home. Should any student bring these devices or personal belongings to school on a testing day, BHS staff will collect them upon students' arrival and will return them to students as they leave the building for the day. We can only allow pens, pencils and sealed water bottles in testing locations. Student laptops and calculators are allowed with prior approval from a BHS staff member. Please be sure these devices are charged prior to each testing date.

Thank you, and if you have any questions regarding this testing administration, please contact the BHS Main Office at any time at 585-637-1870.
