“Racing to Success—Every Student, Every Day!” 🦅
We’ve officially crossed the finish line for Quarter 1, and what a strong start it has been for our Carver Eagles!
Quarter 1 Wrap-Up
During the first quarter, our students worked hard and accomplished so much:
-
3rd Grade: Completed their Beginning-of-Grade (BOG) testing.
-
4th Grade RtA Students: Completed the Read to Achieve (RtA) assessment.
-
3rd–5th Grades: Completed their first NC Check-Ins for reading, math, and science.
-
Kindergarten–3rd Grade and 4th RtA Students: Completed mClass Beginning-of-Year (BOY) assessments.
-
Kindergarten–5th Grades: Completed iReady BOY diagnostics for reading and math.
We encourage parents to stay involved by reviewing your child’s progress and communicating with their teacher. If you have any questions about recent assessments or academic growth, please schedule a meeting with your child’s teacher. Working together ensures our students stay on track as we continue Racing to Success!
Family Appreciation
A huge thank-you to all the dads, grandfathers, uncles, and male figures who joined us for our Donuts with Dads event on October 23. Your presence made a big impact, and we look forward to making next year’s event even bigger and better!
