Snowman Decorating Contest Auction
The flyer below is for the Snowman Decorating Contest Auction, taking place on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 6:00 PM at South Middle School.
Each school’s decorated snowman will be live auctioned, with proceeds (after a $40 materials cost) returning directly to the school that created it. This is a wonderful community event and a great opportunity to showcase student creativity while supporting our schools.
Remote Learning Guidelines
Parents: As we move deeper into the winter season, please review the Remote Learning guidelines with your student. At this time, we have used our allotted five (5) snow days. It is the expectation that students are engaged in Remote Learning IF we have any additional weather-related closings.
On Remote Learning Days, students are expected to log into Schoology and meet with each of their teachers via Teams. Those meetings will be brief, and students will have the afternoon hours to complete any assignments.
Please see the schedule for Remote Learning Days provided below.

6th Grade Math Blitz Incentive
Sixth grade students are working to master quick tables for the four basic operations in math. The sixth grade math teams have planned a fun, interactive challenge for students, with smaller incentives along the way. He has even started dressing just like Mr. Bennett.

Congrats to our weekly iReady winners this week! Each of these students completed 45 minutes in both math and reading, and passed two lessons in each subject!
Staffulty Perfect Attendance
Congrats to all of our staffulty members who earned perfect attendance for February!
Not all those who earned this distinction are pictured.
