2nd Trimester Grades

Report Card grades have been finalized and can be found in the Infinite Campus Student and Parent Portals. If you have not yet set up a parent portal account and need access information, please contact the middle school office.

• An “I” for any grade signifies that a student has not taken an exam or other trimester assessments and will need to make arrangements with that teacher to make-up the assessment.

The Middle School Honor Roll Breakfast will be held on Thursday, April 10th at 7:30am in the Middle and High School Cafeteria. An additional alert with an invitation to the breakfast will be sent to those families of students that have qualified.

Merit Trip

The Second Trimester Merit Trip is scheduled for Thursday, March 20th. Students will be attending Lenawee Recreation to go bowling. Cost is $8 and can be paid on myschoolbucks.com. The product on myschoolbucks opened Tuesday, March 11th. Families of qualifying students were notified via an alert last week Tuesday. In order to qualify, students must meet the following criteria.

(a) No more than one disciplinary referral for the trimester.

(b) Earning no out of school suspensions or time in the Behavior Intervention Program.

(c) No more than 4 countable absences for the trimester.

(d) A grade of a C- or better in all classes for the trimester.

Orchestra and Choir Shout-Out

Congratulations to the 7th/8th grade Orchestra for receiving straight superior ratings at Festival on Saturday, March 8th!

Our 7th/8th grade Choir also received superior ratings at Festival on Thursday, March 13th!

Both groups will be attending the State Festival!

Dispensing of Medications

In order to give the students Tylenol or Motrin for headaches, a Medication Authorization form must be filled out & signed by a doctor. The form must be on file in the office and families must provide the mediation.

CAP

The middle school CAP program runs from 2:45 - 4:15 Monday through Thursday in the cafeteria. The program gives students a place to work on school work with the assistance of a high school tutors as well as a Madison Middle School staff member.
