LAST REMINDER: Register NOW for the VIP Lunch
Currently, only 79 adults have preregistered for the VIP lunch event. We are expecting over 400 adult visitors on the day of the event. If you have not preregistered yet, please do so NOW. If not, you will likely find yourself standing in a LONG line on the day of the event...(and nobody likes that!). Also, plan to arrive EARLY since parking will be limited. We want you to enjoy every minute of your child's 45-minute lunch together.

Head Lice Information for Families
Head lice are common among school-aged children and are not a health emergency. Wildwood follows CVUSD guidelines that emphasize early detection, proper treatment, and keeping students learning whenever possible. Regular head checks at home and following simple cleaning steps are the most effective ways to manage lice. Our staff is available to support families and answer questions.

Quick-N-Easy Volunteer Opportunities
Book & Math Materials Organizer:
Support classroom learning by keeping our shared Bookroom and math materials organized and easy to find. Perfect for someone who enjoys tidying, sorting, and creating order. Volunteer anytime between 8am–4pm, one to two hours weekly. (Note: We are thankful to have secured one volunteer for this task, and we are hoping to secure a few more)
CREATE Program Volunteer:
Help bring creativity to life! Supervise students during the CREATE program on Wednesdays from 9:15–10:45am. Set out recyclable building materials for students to design and invent during morning recess, then help tidy up afterward. Volunteer weekly, every other week, or once a month.
DAC Representative Substitute:
Our current AADAC and GATEDAC representative may be unable to attend monthly meetings for the next few months, so we are currently seeking a substitute who can attend these meetings and send the meeting notes to the Wildwood School Site Council (SSC) team. Please take a look at THIS DAC Meeting Calendar if you are interested in lending a hand.
Please contact the school office at kmeyer@conejousd.org or 805-492-3531 to express interest or to learn more about any of these opportunities.
