CPC Update

What a great month of Summer Quest! A HUGE shoutout is needed for our incredible CRD Team, along with Patrick, Jeremy and Lauren, for organizing & managing such a great month of activities for our middle school students. They are definitely going to enjoy the quiet and relaxation of this upcoming weekend . . . and month!

If you didn't know, Debbie is out today celebrating the wedding of her son. She's gaining a daughter-in-law tonight!

In preparation for my exit, please remember to contact Tracy Skinner (405-822-3733) if you have an unexpected absence. She will have access to Frontline to approve absences until the new Director starts. Enrollment Consultants - please continue to text Dawn and work with her if you are not able to be at work on a given day. Please communicate with one another to ensure adequate coverage and reassignment of duties on a given day. If you already know of days you will miss in July, please enter them in Frontline TODAY or MONDAY at the latest (if you have adequate leave balances carrying over into the new year)!

Have a wonderful weekend! We'll be at the baseball fields for a good chunk of the weekend. Here's to hoping I don't melt away in the heat!!

• Employees should not enter leave for 8/1/2025 forward until notified that leave rollover has been completed
• It is permissible for employees to enter absence requests for July in preparation for dates that will be taken off in the new fiscal year, unless you have exhausted your leave for FY25. If that is the case, you will be unable to post July leave until rollover occurs at which time your supervisor will need to enter the leave on your behalf.

Hopefully you all read the recent email from Dr. Keylon regarding the 4% increase in pay for all full-time and part-time employees effective July 1st. Congrats!

Also, all 12-month employees will now have six select days available beginning July 1. This is an increase from 4 select days. The two days at Thanksgiving are still contract days for 12-month employees, but we will no longer have students on campus (or 10-month employees) those two days. So, you may choose to use the two additional select days that week, or the other designated days throughout the year. Remember - you can use Select Leave for any absence the month of July. Use those six select days or lose them!
